Buttered Prawns

Ingredients

Prawns, Garlic, Butter/Margarine,
Evaporated milk(1-2tb for 10 prawns),
Curry leaves,
Oatmeal(i use Quaker brand),
salt n sugar(ratio of 2:1),
a pinch of pepper

Steps

Devein ur prawns.
Deep-fry until golden(make sure the oil is hot b4 putting the prawns…).put the prawns aside.
In other pan,put butter(more is better for me),put chopped garlic,put evaporated milk,put curry leaves,put salt n sugar n pepper to taste,lastly put the prawns.Put them aside.
In other wok,deep-fry the oatmeal until its crispy n golden brown.
Lastly,sprinkle the oatmeal on top of the buttered prawn.
Serve while its hot 🙂
