A twist in serving sweet potato,. i made this recipe before just for myself, but my parents tasted it once and from that day on they keep on telling me to cook some more, until now, it became my family's favorite appetizer.
4 pieces sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/2 block cheese, cubed
vegetable oil/cooking oil
1. arrange sweet potatoes, and cheese on lumpia wrapper
2. roll like a jelly roll, sealing the ends tightly
3. chill for 5 minutes,. then deep fry
4. drain and serve.
