Masala Murgh # 1 (Spicy Chicken)

Ingredients

Green Chilli(es) 2 (Cut in thin circles)
Oil 4-8 tbsp.(Preferrably deep)
Onions 1(Medium, sliced thin)
Tomatoes 2 (cut into cubes)
Chicken Whole 1 Whole (Cut into curry pieces)
Coriander/Cilantaro 1/4 of a bunch (Chopped thin)
Salt 1 Flat tsp
Paprika 1 Flat tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 Flat tsp
Turmeric Powder A Pinch (1/4 tsp. or less)
Garlic 1 tsp. (Chopped or blended)
Coriander Powder 1/2 - 1 Flat tsp
Amchur Powder 1/2 Flat tsp
Ginger 1 tsp. (Chopped or blended)
Garam Masala - Powder 1/2 - 1 Flat tsp
Garam Masala - Whole 2-4 Pinches

Preparation

1 Use a deep pot or a wok
2 Heat oil, add onion & fry till golden brown
3 Add "Whole Garam Masala", stir and mix
4 Add chicken, cook till slightly brown
5 Add green chillies and mix
6 Add everything else except coriander leaves
7 Cover & cook on low flame/gas for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes
8 Add coriander leaves & cook for another 10 minutes
9 Serve with Naan or Chappati while still hot!
