Garlic Prawn

Ingredients

Corn Flour/Starch 1 Tbsp
Corn Oil 1/4 Cup
Prawn(s) 8 Oz. (Cleaned)
Stock 1 Cup (Preferrably chicken)
Onions About 2 tsp. (Chopped up)
Garlic Pod(s)/Cloves 6 Cloves, chopped up
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
Ground White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli Oil 1 Tbsp. For Glaze

Preparation

1 Heat oil, fry prawns and take them out
2 Saute onion(s) in the same oil
3 Add garlic & fry a little
4 Add corn flour/starch dissolved in the stock
5 Add chilli oil in the end for glaze
6 Serve hot
