Masalaydar Ghost (Spicy Beef Stew)

Ingredients

Water 4 cups
Oil 4-8 tbsp.(Preferrably deep)
Onions 1 (cut into thin slices)
Tomatoes 2 (cut into cubes)
Garlic 1 tsp. (Paste)
Ginger 1 tsp. (Paste)
Coriander/Cilantaro A handful chopped up
Beef Stew 2 lb
Green Chilli(es) 2 (Cut into circles)
Chilli Powder 1 tsp. (Level or a little over)
Cumin Powder A Pinch (1/4 tsp. or less)
Coriander Powder A Pinch (1/4 tsp. or less)
Turmeric Powder A Pinch (1/4 tsp. or less)
Garam Masala - Powder A Pinch (1/4 tsp. or less)
Amchur Powder A Pinch (1/4 tsp. or less)
Salt 1 tsp. (Level or a little over)

Preparation

1 In a deep container add onion(s), beef, ginger, garlic and water
2 Start the heat on medium-low and put the container on the stove-top
3 Cover it and let it cook until the water evaporates or very little is left of it
4 Stir it occassionaly to make sure everything is mixing well
5 After that, add green chillies and at the sametime pour oil into the same container
6 Add tomato(es), all the spices and stir well
7 Increase the heat a little more, cover and cook until oil appears on surface
8 Stir every now and then, should be done in about a 1/2 hour at the most
9 Garnish with Coriander leaves/Cilantaro and serve with Naan or chappatti and Kachoomar(Check the condiment for recipe)
