Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

Ingredients

Lemon Juice 8 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Coriander/Cilantaro Chopped thin
Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Pint
Chicken Breast 2 (cut into cubes)
Tomatoes 1 small can (Preferrably Hunt brand)
Green Chilli(es) 2 (Chopped into small pieces)
Water 2 cups
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala - Powder 2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp

Preparation

1 Heat butter in a deep pot on medium heat
2 Add tomato paste
3 Add heavy whipping cream and water
4 Stir well, then add lemon juice and chicken
5 Add green chillies and spices
6 Mix well and let it cook for another 20 minutes or so
7 Add cilantaro and serve with white rice or naan or chappatti
