Pyaaz Ghost (Onions & Meat Curry)

Green Chilli(es) 2 (Sliced Thin)
Coriander/Cilantaro A handful, washed and chopped up
Onions 1 Jumbo (Sliced Fine)
Tomatoes 2 (Cut in cubes)
Oil 1/2 a cup or as desired
Beef Stew 1 Lb
Garam Masala - Whole As given in description
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1-2 tsp. or 1 heaped tsp
Ginger 1 tsp


1 Put beef in pressure cooker, add 8-10 glasses of water. Let it cook until the meat gets done
2 While this is cooking take a separate container and pour oil in it
3 Heat oil and add onion(s)
4 Add garam masala whole and stir to mix
5 Add spices and mix well
6 Add green chillies and stir again
7 Fry and stir till onion turns golden brown
8 Add tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy
9 Add beef from the pressure cooker which should be getting ready just about now
10 Make sure you drain the water from beef before adding it though
11 Cook for another 10-15 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves
12 Serve hot with Chappatti, naan or pita bread
