Bhindi (Okra/Lady Finger)

Onions 1 Jumbo (Sliced Fine)
Okra/Lady Finger 1 frozen packet or Regular Ones(400gm.)
Tomatoes 1 big one or 2 Roma (Chopped into small squares)
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp. (Paste)
Ginger 1 tsp. (Paste)


1 Fry onion(s) till golden brown
2 In another container, fry okra till they separate and are not so sticky anymore
3 Set the okra aside
4 Add tomatoes with onion(s) and let it cook by itself till they are mushy
5 Add ginger, garlic and mix well
6 Add salt, chilli powder and stir well
7 Add okra and mix well
8 Cook on low till oil appears on top
9 Garnish with coriander leaves
