Ingredients
Green Chilli(es) 1-2(Cut into circles)
Onions 1(Cut into thin slices)
Tomatoes 1 (Cut into cubes)
Oil 4-8 tbsp.(Preferrably deep)
Garlic 2-3 pods (Chopped up)
Coriander/Cilantaro A handful (Chopped up), optional ingredient
Potatoes 6-8 (Medium size, cut into thin 1/2 circles)
Salt 1/2 - 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 - 1 tsp
Preparation
1 Heat the oil in a frying pan
2 Keep the heat/flame on medium
3 Add potatoes and fry till somewhat soft
4 You can tell potatoes are soft by checking them with a spoon/fork or knife
5 Stir carefully and not too much so that the potatoes may not brake
6 Add garlic and stir to mix
7 Add onion(s), green chillies, tomato(es) and stir to mix again
8 Add spices, mix and let it cook for 10-15 minutes
9 Garnish with Coriander leaves/Cilantaro (if you want) and serve with Naan or chappatti and Kachoomar(Check the condiment for recipe)
10 You can also eat this as it is if you prefer
