Description

Potatoes with chickpea

Ingredients

Salsa 1/2 Bottle (Mild or hot)
Coriander/Cilantaro A handful, washed and chopped up
Chick peas/Garbanzos 2 Cans(Drained & washed)
Onions 1 Medium (Cut into thin slices)
Diced Tomatoes 1 Can (Hunt brand if possible)
Potatoes 4-6 (Boiled & cut into circles or squares)
Chaat Masala (Shan brand) 1/2 tsp. (Optional)
Black Pepper 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1/4 - 1/2 tsp

Preparation

1 Wash hands thoroughly and mix potatoes and onion(s)
2 Add chick peas, other vegetables and salsa
3 Add spices amd mix well
4 Garnish with Coriander leaves/Cilantaro
5 Serve as it s or refrigerate for later
