Mushrooms 2 small cans or 1 regular can
Yellow bottleneck squash 2 (Chopped up into small pieces)
Zucchini 2 (chopped up into small pieces)
Tomatoes (any kind) 2 (chopped up into small pieces)
Black Pepper A pinch
Parsley Flakes(dried) ½ to 1 tsp.
Oregano (dried) ½ to 1 tsp.
Basil (dried) ½ to 1 tsp.
Salt ½ to 1 tsp. or as needed
Fusilli Pasta (Jovial Gluten Free) 1/2 box (good for 5-6 people)
Add everything in a crockpot or a large pot
Let it cook on medium heat (if using a pot) for 45 minutes to an hour or until pasta is soft.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving
Can get some kind of bread rolls to serve with it.
