Bhutta (Corn)

Corn 4
Lemon Juice 2-4 tsp. or as desired
Water 1/2 a Saucepan
Black Pepper 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4-1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp


1 Clean and add corn or sweet corn to water
2 Bring it to boil, turning corn every now and then
3 Take the corn out and place directly on stove
4 Cook while truninig the corn every few minutes
5 Keep cooking until all sides are dark and some even seem burnt
6 Place on a plate and rub salt, chilli powder, black pepper and lemon juice on it one by one
7 Serve hot or warm. You can eat them by holding corn on both sides
