Barbecue Marinade (pork, chicken, lamb, beef, almost all meat, except fish meat)
1 liter of 7up or Sprite1/2
1/2 liter of soy sauce
1/4 kilo brown sugar
1/4 kilo white sugar
1/4 liter citrus juice
3 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of black pepper
15 pcs crushed garlic cloves
1 liter = 33.8 ounches
1 kilo = 2.25 pounds = 454 grams
add more if needed, and just calculate..
soak the meat with the marinade for at least half day to get the best flavor! recommended one day before cooking..
