Ingredients
1/2 a cup shortening or butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas smashed
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 cups flour (regular or gluten free or any other kind of your choice)
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl in the given order
- Bake in the oven( 350) for 45-60 minutes
- Serve warm, it tastes even better if you spread some butter or margarine on it before eating.
