Description

Ingredients

Curry Leaves 4-5
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Coriander/Cilantaro 1/4 cup (A handful)
Whole Red Chillies 3-4
Tomatoes 1 medium (chopped)
Chick peas/Garbanzos Boiled (3 cups)
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp. (ground red chilli powder)
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp. (white cumin)

Preparation

1 Heat oil
2 Add white cumin, whole red chilli and curry leaves
3 Let it turn brown
4 Add ginger and garlic paste
5 Add tomatoes, red chilly powder and salt
6 When tender, fry and stir
7 Leaves oil, add boiled white chickpeas
8 Granish with coriander leaves and serve
