Ingredients
Yogurt 4-6 tbsp
Green Chilli(es) 4 (Chopped into thin circles)
Onions 2 (Sliced thin)
Garlic 1 tsp. (Paste or chopped)
Oil 2-4 Serving spoons
Ginger 1 tsp. (Paste or chopped)
Chicken Whole 1 (Cut into curry pieces)
Coriander Seeds A pinch or so
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp or a pinch
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Cardamom seeds/pods 2 open pods
Garam Masala - Powder 1 tsp
Preparation
1 Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat
2 Add and cook onions
3 When onions turn golden brown, add green chillies
4 Add chicken, stir and cook
5 Add coriander seeds
6 Add yogurt mixed with spices and stir well
7 Stir well and add cardamom seeds/pods
8 Cook for another 10-15 minutes and serve with Chappatti
