Masalaydar Murgh Tukray (Spicy Chicken Strips)

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce 1 can (8 oz., Preferrably Hunt brand)
Chicken Breast 2 (Cut in strips)
Onions 1/2 (Red/Purple one, sliced thin)
Oil 2-4 Serving spoons
Onions 1 1/2 (White ones, sliced thin)
Green Chilli(es) 2 (Cut in thin circles)
Paprika 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala – Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp or a pinch
Salt 1 tsp
Steps
1 Heat oil in a deep pot on medium heat
2 Add onions and continue cooking till they are light brown
3 Add chicken, cook for 10-15 minutes
4 Add green chillies and stir
5 Add all the spices and mix/stir well
6 Add tomato sauce and stir
7 Mix well and cook on low heat for another 15-20 minutes
8 Serve with chappatti or naan
