Keema Matar (Ground Beef with Peas)

Ingredients

Onions 1-2 Medium(Sliced thin)
Peas About a handful
Ground Beef 1 Packet(About 2 lb.)
Oil 2-4 tbsp.(Deep preferred)
Garlic 1/2 – 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2 – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp

Steps

1	Heat oil in a deep pan & add onion(s)
2	Cook till golden brown
3	Add beef and cook for 5 minutes
4	Add ginger & garlic and cook some more
5	Add spices & keep cooking
6	Add peas & continue cooking
7	Cover and lower the heat
8	Should be done in about 1/2 hour or so overall
