Aaloo Keema (Potatoes & Ground Beef)

Ingredients

Oil	6-8 tbsp
Ground Beef	500 gm. (or Mutton meat if you prefer)
Potatoes	2 (Medium, cut in cubes)
Tomatoes	2 (Medium)
Coriander/Cilantaro	Few leaves chopped up
Green Chilli(es)	Few chillies chopped up
Onions	2 (Medium)
Cumin Powder	1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder	1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - Powder	1 tsp
Turmeric Powder	1/4 tsp
Garlic	1 tbsp
Salt	According to taste
Ginger	1 tbsp
Chilli Powder	1/2 tsp

Steps

1	Chop onion and brown in oil
2	Add minced/ground meat and spices
3	Add potato cubes
4	Fry till the oil separates
5	Add tomatoes and a cup of water
6	Simmer on slow heat for 10-15 minutes until Aaloo(potato) becomes soft
7	Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilli and garam masala
8	Serve hot with chappattis
