Aaloo/Potato Kabab

Ingredients

Onions 1 (Crushed in chopper/blender)
Oil 1/2 – 1 Cup, to be used for frying purpose
Potatoes 6-8 (Boiled)
Coriander/Cilantaro 1/2 a bunch chopped up
Green Chilli(es) 2 (Optional, also crushed)
Pomegranate Seeds (Dried) 2-4 tsp. (Optional or if available)
Cumin Seeds 1-2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1-2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 -1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2-1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Garam Masala – Powder 1/2-1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Amchur Powder 1/2-1 tsp

Steps

1	Mix ingredients well using hands
2	Wear sanitary transparent cooking gloves while doing so or wash hands real well with soap & water
3	Shape the mixture into small balls
4	Flatten each ball between the palms of your hands to give the shape of kabab(s)
5	Heat oil in a deep pan or frying
6	Dip the kababs into the egg and then fry on medium-low heat
7	You will have to use hands for the one above also
8	Turn over the kabab after a couple of minutes to cook the other aside also
9	Keep frying until the kababs turn a nice shade of orange on both sides
10	Serve hot if possible with Roti, achar and/or chutney. You can also make a sandwich with bread etc.
